Hey guys.
I heard a rumor saying Engineering Students can print up to 1000 pages without any charge.
Some says 1000 for Civil another says 500 for Electrical.
How about Mining?
More importantly, where and how we can print for free?

Secondly, I see quite often people go inside closed buildings using their student card.
I tried to do that, unfortunately I failed.
How can we obtained such access?

Thirdly, where should we go to obtain UNSW approved label for calculator?
Is there any charge?

Thank you.

If this is true, it looks like I'll be making friends with the civil and electrical kids

It used to be you got 1000 free pages of printing per semester in the Civil building if you done Civil eng although they cancelled that at the start of this year and there is no free printing there anymore.

You have to be authorized for that access (i.e. comp labs after hours access etc). If you should have access but don't, go to the student id card place and they will fix it.

Any of the engineering/science school offices can give you a calculator approved sticker. It is free.

In some circumstances only staff or post graduate students are allowed to enter buildings after teaching hours.
