i don't get why weight matters, it is what you looks like that define you, not a number.

I don't know: personally that number is pretty important to me, it might sound stupid but I can't figure out why...

if you like the way you look, then weight is not a factor IMO

But looks are a subjective measure. Weight isn't. If you want to lose fat or gain muscle your weight is a major measure for monitoring progress.

I'd say it's important to most women, since most people believe that sex and physical attraction is an inherently female resource

183cm

~11% bodyfat
Finally measured myself after ages

186cm

79kg

(17 years old)

still about 11-12 bf, I'm focusing on getting a proportioned body rather than an enormous chest with a shit core

by the end of the year, 8-9% bf and 88kg, that's the goal

currently working out six to seven days a week and on creatine

54 kg. I feel so heavy and fat. I need to exercise a lot. But I love eating and I need to discipline myself. I started doing workouts and jog every morning. I just want to lose weight fast. What should I do? Do you have some suggestions of what workout should I do? Thanks a lot!

what's your height?

yeah, you need to have willpower.. that's what drives me to work out everyday... and the results I get just motivate me to workout more

for quick but sustainable results, just do really intense cardio and lifting weights will also accelerate the burning of calories - you won't look like a guy with huge muscles if you do, you'll just tone up (girls don't naturally produce enough testosterone to build muscle)

don't be obsessive about it, either - just make working out for 1 hour a day a part of your life and you'll see results

75 KG at about 180 cm, between 15-17% bf.
Trying to reach 80kg before leaning out to about 10%.
