Education. The more educated people get, the less children they have. Also, wealth creation. Likewise, the wealthier people get the less children they tend to have (you'd think its the other way around but its really not- poorer people tend to see more children as "security").

No seriously this idiot wants to sterilise the people of countries whose populations are already falling (below replacement fertility rates) while leaving unchecked the population growth of the developing world (more than tripling with each generation in parts of Africa). Also the wealthiest nations are those that produce the most goods and provide stability to the rest of the world. His idea is to turn the entire world into some sort of utopia on par with present day sub-saharan Africa, or better still get rid of people altogether.

We can also kill off all those obese people in the first world since they consume the most food and are the most useless.

While we're at it, kill off all the smokers too, after all since they are so pro-euthunasia, we may as well give them a helping hand. It may even save a few lives amongst passive smoking victims too.
