I haven't got a job before and I'm planning to hand in a resume for a Gloria Jeans store near where I live. Do you need previous experience to get in because I don't have any experience besides doing cooking at my old school.

From the GJ position I applied for, no. They'll train you through their barista program. Most new staff aren't on the coffee machine anyway. Include the cooking experience though

GJ's also have an online jobs site, use that too

No, you dont need experience. I used to work there for like a year, and they gave me a job just like that and then trained me.
You usually dont get trained in everything when you start, but its slow.
