it says that the average goldman employee will earn 900k this year
im assumin that the top executives r gettin a huge loada cash

Sounds reasonable, guess the keyword here is average and that the salaries are skewed on each side. Just running some quick numbers, and you basically need say 1 top level employee earning $10 mil and 12 others earning $150k each to have an average of $900k per employee.
