What happens if i dont meet the guaranteed entry req for usyd or smth? Like for eg i get a 92 but i need a 95. How grim are my chances of getting into the course?

Well, it's hard to gauge your chances since it differs year to year depending on:

• How competitive the applicants are
• How popular the course is
  • If there are any vacancies after all the guaranteed applicants have been offered a spot
• etc

It's a waste of time and effort to stress over these things imho: you get in or you don't get in lol
In the case that you don't get in, you can probs just take a related course and internal transfer which will extend your study by a year at most
