It's not supposed to be hot. People wear glasses because they need them. Me for example, if I didn't wear glasses, I'd be very bruised.

But if we are talking appearance, it's weird. Some people wear glasses so long that it ends up becoming a part of their look, so when they eventually take them off they look weirder without glasses than do with them.

Did that make any fucking sense at all?

Yes it does! My glasses have become a part of me, that I feel lost and naked (and blind) without them!

I can't wear contacts during sport cos, as I mentioned before, the eyelash thing. This get really frustrating! But it doesn't mean I perform any less! Glasses aren't going to stop me!

It really depends on what you perceive as hot and attractive with glasses on and what you consider ugly. I personally don't mind, the girls that where glasses always makes me think of them as being somewhat more intelligent since you need glasses if you read alot of books and become short sighted, disregarding your parents and genetics.
