Hey guys

I know that there is a similiar thread going on about 'Results so far obtained' but here is the results obtained in Term 1 and half yearlies. The other thread is kind of getting messed up with everyone blabbing about how hard they study etc...

Ok my Half yearlies wern't all that...

Chemistry- 50/80 rank 4th, test was weird lol
Physics- 25/40- 8th i can't believe it, i'm pretty good at Physics but there was 10 questions and each qustion was like 4 marks lol
Biology- 37/50 5th maybe, highest mark was 44/50
EXT Maths- 79% came 6th
Eng Adv-Get the results next term

So yeah results were ok... umm im not sure what i will do on the holidays... at the moment im just chilling

English Adv(havent got them bak yet)
Physics 38/50 (was equal 2nd/32 but when we got our papers bak the teacher didnt mark some questions of other people's paper prolly 4th now )
Maths 2U 35/45 (6th/59)
Maths 3U 24/45 (6th/28)
Economics (havent got bak results)
Legal 37/45 (2nd/19 guy who came first got 38)
R.E (havent got bak result)

2U Math (HSC): (subject to change)107/120; 4th/110
Chemistry: 17.5/18; Rank unknown (would be near the top)
Physics: 13.5/30; Rank unknown
Economics: 18/20; Rank unknown
English: bad; Ranked very low

Math: 89% rank 7th
physics: 74% rank 4th
economics: 77% rank 10th
business studies: 90% 1st
Math ext: 65% rank 4th
SDD: 59% rank 4th

MATHS 2U: 93/96 : 1st
MATHS 3U: 69/84 : 2nd (really hard exam)
CHEMISTRY: 61/68 : 2nd
PHYSICS: 57/65 : 1st
ENGLISH STD: 48/ 63: 1st (teachers believe standard should not get a high mark compared to advanced, regardless of the quality or quantity.. that much is now clear)
PD/H/PE: Yet to get back, felt like a really good exam tho

Hoping for a 97-98 UAI. How u think im going?

All I have gotten back is chemistry:
44/50- 88% and I came 1st.
I have a pretty good feeling about all the others except Maths but I'll know next term.

• HSC Mathematics Extension 1 - 97% (1st/50-60)
• English - 86% (1st/150-160) after recheking, I came first
• Preliminary Biology - 92% (1st/40-50)
• HSC Mathematics - 98% (2nd/100-110)
• Business Studies - 92% (2nd/70-80)
• Chemistry - 80% (3rd/40-50) lost few extra marks after remarking
• Studies of Religion - no exam yet

That's about it.

french:16/20
modern history: 13/15
drama: 18/20
havent been given any ranks..

Chem - 90% - 1/40ish (kinda disappointed with my percentage... )
Maths 2U - 90 - 7/150ish (room for improvement )

jealous of those marks - mind you, you would've topped our first extension maths task at our school easily - the highest was an inferior 83%

nah, our exam was SOOO easy - the circle geometry was so simple in it and the rest was equations/number (the basics) - parallel lines and exterior angle of a triangle were the HARDEST circle geometry questions (and I didn't do most of the circle geomtery questions thus throwing away like 20% of my marks )
