What the hell?

I don't play it but the soundtrack!!!

I've only heard NIN stuff from the first Halo Soundtrack but Halo 2, but with INCUBUS (odyssey and all its volumes) ........beautiful stuff!!!!


Anyone had a listen?

I have no frikin idea cuz i got a cd of all that halo 2 music from a friend...

i dunno if its been ripped yet, but JESUS, if they sold a seperate cd for the music of games, I'll be a new customer of that field!

Nearly every game that comes out these days has a soundtrack but most dont hit stores here so you have to get them online. I got the SSX3 soundtrack (it has exclusive remixes that you cant get anywhere else) and Flash FM from GTA Vice City.

That almost sounds dirty. Almost.

But I'm a big fan of game-soundtracks. Often is possible to extract the music from the game files, without having to buy a CD containing the same music.

Not just Flash FM, all the other radio stations too, except for KChat. VROCK is my favourite.

Emotion was my favourite to listen to when I played Vice City because of the incongruity of going on major crime rampages to Toto.

OMG!! I LOVE GTA Vice City!

Emotion with Fernando Martinez- "sometimes it hits you so hard, like a truck running over your foot. Or a big piece of masonry hitting you on the back of your head". He's f*cking hilarious!! Plus there's Toto, Forienger, Roxy Music..

The ads are the best on- I think it's on Flash FM with the 'Salivex'. S-o-o-o-o-o funny. "Now I can lick my husband's [stamp collection] all night long!"

And the donut ad- "Sometimes I like to wear women's panties and walk around 5th Street"

Flash FM music is good too- Aneka, ELO, Laura Branigan.

Harry Gregson Williams and Hans Zimmer both rock hard. Don't know who rocks harder though...

Final Fantasy 10 music is good too.

I reckon GTA: Vice City and the whole GTA series are an exellent example of great song tracks to come with the game. I use to also like Tony Hawk 2 Music.

i guess you start liking the songs after u hear them all the time as u play the game

If you have Wipeout 3: Specail Edition (kinda rare), stick it in your CD player and skip Track 01 to get all the music from the game. It's all techno-funk-dance stuff from the likes of DJ Sasha, Myk van Dyk, the Chemical Brothers and MKL.
