materialism means an inclination towards acquiring material possessions and comforts; in short, it is a tendency to lead a life in which pleasures of the body are given preference above anything else. spirituality means, centred and established on the soul, that is, activities in life are decided keeping in mind the awakening of the soul.

Spirituality for me, its far more rewarding then materialism. However, i do enjoy indulging.

On a side note, isnt there a point where our materialistic lives cannot satisfy? When we posses much, and more cannot gratify our obsession?

Replace the word spirituality with... something else along the lines of a personal introspective humanism, and 'soul' with mind, and you've got a deal. Which begs the question 'awakening of the mind' to what end, but ja.

im not really materialistic ( i dont over indulge on material goods), but im not really spiritual as well. ive got this idea to be spiritual you have to be religious. im not really religious either. i follow a code that adheres to a religious code but in general im not really a religious person.

The question is, what do you believe brings you happiness in your life.

It's a false dichotomy. There are other ways. Not everyone pursues wealth or religion at all.
