no not at all, u will still be able to even get a band 6, as your assesment marks are moderated by your exam marks

Whether it's hard or not to do so depends on why you got 50% in task 1. If you can remedy it for all future assessments/trial/HSC you'll be absolutely fine

There isnt enough information to say for sure, but there is plenty of time left for you to improve and come back from a poor mark.

Some schools mark idiotically harshly because the teachers are, no offense, pretty stuck-up.
I got like 88 in chemistry and I got like 65% in my trial exam (50% internal).
And even if you got 50%, what did other people get?

I think I was 3rd from the bottom, other people infront of me got a range from 60% - 80%
