HDMI Cables, 360 into Laptop. (1 Viewer)

Ok, my CRT screen sucks really badly, Cross hairs are a bitch to see and dark tunnels, are, well, pitch black compared to LCD images.

Well, My laptop has a HDMI port, so does my 360, what i want to know is, if i buy a HDMI Cable, would my laptop run the 360 image through its monitor, and if so, how?


Sure i could google this, but id rather have people here exercise their brains.


BTW, does HDMI play sound, im assuming it does?

EDIT: NVM, looks to be a output only, gonna buy a small LCD for he price they are asking for for a AV capture card.
