im doing the heart foundation.
i need to show how the heart foundation reflects the aspects of the NPHA
but first i have to define the following.... i dontk now wat they mean
- the redution of health inequalities
- equitable access to appropriate health services
- the creatinon of environments that promote health, and donot contribute to illness and disease;
- community participation in decision making related to health care
-a focus on those who be ill, or at risk, but who do not present for treatment
- obtaining a lasting solution through implementation of a broad range of strategies to address a health issue -- rather than a single or narrow focus.
any help in defining these initiatives will be most appreciated
