Imaginative writing = Creative writing
If it had said imaginary you might have a point but it didnt. They couldnt ask you to write specifically about an imaginative journey cause not everyone studied them.

The HSC exams are human marked. So I'm sure the marker will know what you are talking about, and they usually follow a marking guideline. Most likely there won't be any loss of marks if it's plain obvious what you are writing about.
