I would imagine so...you can't possibly be expected to sit there for a 7 hour lecture...in fact I've never seen a 7 hour lecture before.

Unlike high school, university lecturers rarely care whether or not you even show up to the lectures at all. But to answer your question, classes usually start 5 minutes after the hour and finish 5 minutes before the hour which usually gives you enough time to get from once class to another.

Coolies......................:D Well I got a 6 hr lecture....then two more lectures right after that....so straight 8 hrs on a monday...from 9am to 5pm....all full......*shock*

i just got an auto timetable.....it has a few places that say permitted clash...and i really couldnt be bothered making my own timetable......

You really should at least make an attempt...you never know, you could save yourself several hours of doing nothing or make a free day altogether.

thx sunny........i changed my timetable.......it was very frustrating but worth it......:).
