Need a hand :)

I need to do a traininign session for a high jumper, and i neeed to include flexibility training in it - which is goin to be the w.u/c.d

I was wondering what type of stretches would be used?

I was thinking....

Range of movemnt (legs, namely hips - for the run up)
Static or Ballstic (back - for the curling over the bar) - stretching and holding toes, or rocking over the toes either way.

Any hints as to what other parts of the body i should be stretching?

ALSO what is the best way to improve core body strength?

Thanx in advanced

PNF stretching is a stretch, followed by a contraction, followed by a stretch. You need a partner to do most of them
