HELP UAC application successful without paying!!!! (1 Viewer)

hi i just applied for UAC and I chose my preferences and everything...but it didnt ask me to pay. I have a confirmation of application and it says i was successful.
I contacted UAC and I'm still waiting a response.
Has anybody had this problem?

plzz help i want to know if my application was sent to UAC?

thnks guys i ended up finding a "fee owing letter" in my UAC account and I paid the $23.
