I would like to know the same thing. Things really aren't explained well in this course.

We're meant to do the library exercise linked from the webct website.. I'd check my recording but it's so bad (will sit nearer the speakers from now on) I can barely hear anything...

im in the tuesday lecture in price =p

yeh the library info skills thingy. i cant find that.. but in webct there is 'legal info skills' ... so i thought maybe its that?
and the hw is the tutorial questions for week 2 that is put up in webct...

On the far left and right of the theatre; today in stat I tried recording it to test it for when the BUSL stuff actually becomes important, but the quality of this one's pretty crap, too, to put it bluntly... will find some noise reduction software with a bit of luck..

So who's in the tues lecture? Choco, anyone else?

Yup I'm in the tuesday lecture.
As for noise reduction, you could try "Audacity", I heard its not bad although I don't know how to use it myself..

yep im in tuesday lecture. I should be in it right now but I felt like crap this morning and stayed home. Plus I have a shitload of hw to do, including busl for which there is too much!! If only busl had iLectures

I know we're meant to do something with the Civil Liberties Act 2002, but I didn't write that case down either, cos there were just too many she talked about today..

We will need to look up the CLA for our assignment (I love my girlfriend having just done Tort law... muhauha.. anyone has any problems, just ask MJ. HDs for all of us! ), she said.

Also, she said we'll have to look up a case but she didn't tell us what it's called: some guy dived into a sandbank (this is relatively recent), sued the council for $3 mill. I'm sure the details will come to light eventually (ie when we get our ass)

Something vague pops into my mind about how this guy is quadraplegic now, and how initially he got the money, then council appealed and won, then he appealed and won it back .. or I could be just making it up. Damn it sucks having a bad memory =/
