I've worked out the moles of sodium carbonate and lead (II) nitrate, but I'm confused as to how the answer has found the concentration of Pb^2+ and CO3^2-. Why use the moles of Na2CO3 to calculate conc. of Pb2+, and the moles of Pb(NO3)2 to calculate the conc. of carbonate? Just a mind blank...thanks in advance

Yeah, they made an error but ended up not mattering because Pb(II) and carbonate are in a 1:1 ratio.
