I am a 2nd year student @ ACU, but i want to do a 1st yr subject, is this possible. ANY help would be greatly appreciated

Anyway....do you happen to know if ACU North Sydney gives their students concession cards?

Ah, yea, i;m pretty sure they do. You get a photo card or student ID

Certainly possible, depends on subject, your course requirements and timetable. Go and see your course coordinator or email them.
