For part 1 you know that the length of arc is proportional to the size of the angle, (L = rθ) therefore in order for the ratios of AC:CB to be 2:1, the angles must be double of each other (AC = r2θ) (CB = rθ), now with this knowledge you can deduce 180°= 2θ + θ, now you can work out the angles and part 2 by yourself,
