hey, im hoping to get a uai of 85+ but i have no idea what to expect. these marks and ranks are from the 1/2 yearlies

Eng standard 68% 5/45
maths general 79% 10/35
business studies 78% 4/14
legal studies 79% 2/9
senior science 49% 3/10
hospitality 68% 3/10

my science mark is really bad, BUT, out of two other assessment tasks, i have done really well in, with an average of 89% and i have toppped both of them
all assessment tasks i have passed by about 20 marks, except in english, where i usually get around 60%
Please help me....

Your ranks are reasonably good, you still have the potential to get to 85+ UAI, but you need to work for it. At the moment I would think mid 70's, but that is extremely rough because its based on your half yearlies which are no indicator of your HSC performance.

If your science is that bad then I don't think you should waste any time continuning with the subject..
