To be more specific idk how to tie it back to Darwin's theory of evolution

i think first of all, define briefly what darwins theory is. then go on to describe what the radiation did i.e. cause mutations in genotype for certain traits leading to differing phenotypes. then explain how in a population in the wild, if there is variation within the population - that in the event of a disease or selective pressure - those with altered phenotype may be able to adapt to that selective pressure, thus evolution of that species will progress.

Also as an addition don't forget to add that after the variations due to the mutation, only the organisms best suited to the environment survive and these organisms reproduce to pass down these favourable characteristics to the next generation

Our teacher taught us like this:

* Define Natural selection

= talk about how it follows the natural selection criteria
eg 1) Variation
2) Selective pressure
3) Survival of the fittest
4) Reproduction and passing of favourable traits
5) Speciation due to isolation?

Then a general concluding statement saying why TH Mullers Drosphilla was also subject to natural selection
