So for Q24. The answer is really similar to another question you have posted involving balls in a bag without replacement. You can consider the cases. What is involved here is multihypergeometric distribution.

If you understand the binomial distribution then you should be able to understand how to calculate the probability of a hypergeometric or multihypergeometric distribution.

The key idea is for both distribution

prob = num_events * prob_of_given_event

for 24 i think u can use a tree diagram maybe
only can make 20dollars by getting 10 dollars twice
getting $10 first time has probability of 3/9 and then getting 10 dollars again is 2/8 because a $10 note was removed from sample space.
multiply to get 1/3x1/4=1/12
i think its right idk why it says "given that at least of the notes was $10" tho
