If you are looking for instantt employment straight from uni, your best option would something in the accounting and finance industry, as they are always taking on young employees within companies. You can also get hands on experience with these companies while your at uni. Once you are completely qualified in one of these courses you earn a minimum of $150 000 per year (depending on the size of the company).
I find that whole last sentence rather misleading in earning prospects. Whilst it certainly is possible to earn $150k+ p.a in accounting and finance, there are certainly not the demand for those top-end positions that you seem to imply there is.
Of course, when incomes are highly based around client bases, then doubling that $150k is more realistic. Hence thats why the industries are seeing the good financial planners (and to some accountants) are leaving the big banks and branching out on their own or forming companies together.
