Was it necessary of Truman do decide to drop the bomb or were Japan about to surrender?

Hiroshima never happened. Truman and fellow democrats created the event to fuel the idea of 'white guilt' which they would continually use to subjugate white Americans and make them feel bad about being born white and working hard to own property.

Why do you think Griselio Torresola and Oscar Collazo tried to assassinate him in 1950? They knew what had happened and even though they were Puerto Rican they still found it wrong.
