Jess we went to bed at the sametime yet you got up so late/went back to bed. I wake at 5am, then 7am then got up at 8.30am.

I would help but I don't qualify.

hmm... why do i never keep up to date with my dnt diary - trying to come up with like a months worth of entries isn't exactly easy

Hehe it's ok but there was a difference to how I was thursday to friday.

and discomfort yes.

HAHA that reminds me I have a diary that I must update for one of my assessments, I always promise myself at the start I will keep them up to date but never works.
