yeah some flats are so small, theyre prob the size of my parents ensuite
but other than that, im not complaining

Hahaha... yeah, the bathroom in the flat I lived in when I went back was 1m*2m [literally! maybe even smaller!]

I must be lucky..

The apartment I live in in HK is about the same size as my house in Aus.. the fkn maid is even luckier than me - she has her own bathroom n shower o_O

wtf did you live....near the HK celebs or something?
the apartment where i stayed in dec was pretty big compared to other apartments, so no complaints for me there :p

They had the WTO conference when i went and it was impossible to find a hotel anywhere. We ended up staying at the Shangri-La for 4 nights after 1000000 long hours of taxi-ing around HK. Dunno how much it costs exactly, but the place is pretty nice. I think we got ripped off cos demand was > supply. Rooms were surprisingly not that small and we got a good view of Victoria Harbour. Have fun on your trip! :)

i remember how i scared my auntie shitless as she thought i was at wan chai when the riots happened, and they had to skip wan chai mtr station
first time ive ever heard trains skipping a station :)

haha you need the octopus cards to survive...you dont have to use it on public transport only...you could also use it to buy groceries and pay food in restuarants.
the public transport in HK is probably one of the best in the world.

haha did you hear about how cityrail had to ask the mtrc to give them a performance review and how to make the train system a bit better
they had more than 60 recommendations in the end :rofl:

YES! xDDDD Our transport system is a disgrace.
