if so have you had your trial yet??

Hey Survivor... I did my hospo trial over a wk ago. We did the CSSA paper. The paper was good, one of the easiest papers i did. the multiple choce was easy, the short answer q's were real good as well
The extended resonses were alright.
when do u do urs? what strand do u do? I do strand D

I do commercial Cookery and my trial paper was pretty easy, there were heaps of qu's. only worth one or two marks each, intstead of 4 or 6 marks

it means that yes he does hospitality, no he hasn't done the trail and no it wasn't hard because he hasn't done it.

Hey...

i do hospo at mcauley (cos marist doesn't run it)

We did the CSSA trial too, which was pretty easy...

i didn't study and got 41.5 out of 80, so it's not hard..

The thing with hospo is that it's all general knowledge, and the HSC doesn't affect the certificate II at the end of the course...

unless ur just doing it for UAI... then it matters what u get...

Hey Lese

have u done the units "clean premises & equipment" and "receive & store stock" in commercial cookery? coz i do that strand but for some reason we didn't cover it...so is it an elected part of that strand or something?
do u have any notes or links or anything to info about those units?

i thought it was hospitality operations?? commercial cookery is just the section at the end of the paper.

My trial was easy also

I studied - this is the only exam i need coz im continuing on with it, dont need a UAI so couldnt care about the others but yeah i studied for this one
