The pressure of half yearly exams starting building since early last week, and now its really taking its toll on me physically - im sleep deprived, get migraines, and chest pains sometimes.... and literally feel like crap.

The point of this thread is to ask everyone what they plan to do to keep themselves in tip top physical shape (and mental shape) for the half yearly exams - eg. taking any supplements etc. ? + any advice..

Im thinking maybe of taking some Fish Oil, the Omega 3 will help with memory and concentration.

What i intend to do is quit procrastinating and get to sleep earlier... sleep is the best cure for everything

What pressure? It's all about your mindset. It's crazy you are getting migraines and such from half-yearlies.
