How can I get my concession sticker and a 2012 handbook? (1 Viewer)

I went to the student services new location last Friday (ie, the level below the food court) and asked there. The people there were about as useful as tits on a bull. One said that they didn't have the handbooks, and another said that my concession card would be posted this week, and it didn's arrive at all. Are these people payed?

No idea about where you get the actual handbook, i just use online one. And for concession sticker should be on your new campus card.
