How did everyone go? (3 Viewers)

I finish my yearly with an hour to go, now I finish in time, and I did like shot loads of practice on multiple choice and always fullmark, this years was screwed. I forgot how to draw a decision tree, and I looked at one 5 minutes before walking in Fml..

Similar situation here, did at least 5 years worth of BoS HSC multi choices and most of the time got AT LEAST 16/20

Today? I left out at least 5 multi choices expecting I would have ample time to go through it logically. Until the last minute, I realised I had no time left pratically....... f***ng wtf? lol ._.

With any luck this year's IPT mark will scale better than previous years. General consensus seems to be it was more difficult then anticipated.

Walked out saying to my friend, I hope the rest of the state found it hard too.... as it's all relative.

It went alright. I didn't know what to put for question 3 multichoice though about the information the council so I put "the people the information regarded". Also the bluetooth multichoice. All I knew about it was that it had a frequency thing of 2.4Ghz or something... I put low bandwidth and low range (distance?)

Definitely the most challenging exam in my opinion.

Anyway, what did you guys write for the Social and Ethical issues involved with the Licence plate cameras? I got a little stuck on that one..

This one really stumped me. I wrote about invasion of privacy (didn't really think it was but wrote it anyway), creating too much reliance on technology when it could fail and thus not achieve its purpose etc...

Stumped me, I bsed and said something like:

because it can access so many other govt databases, it could be hacked.

unethical because one has to consent for them to cross reference with other govt departments

invasion of privacy as it could capture an image of someone that doesn't consent

dont quite remember, i just remember it was fkedd

2011 is the hardest paper I've ever done. Seriously multiple choice was ridiculous, In that sense I knew what the question was asking but there's always 2 answer to it or one that is extremely similar.
First time error checking wasn't in it. Hardly any Information system processes questions.
AMS- I didn't even understand what they wanted us to do with the block diagram.
Multimedia- Was probably the easiest, considering that they were all stupid questions.
To be honest I studied my text book, and only 30%-40% of what I studied appeared.

That was much harder than I expected. I had no idea what to do for the database view question and the Automated Manufacturing Systems question where you had to draw the block diagram was so obscure!! Hoping for at least 85%+...

For those of us who didn't do the test (luckily, but still want to know) can you elaborate on the database question so we know what your talking about?
