I beleive the anti discrimination act and the racial disc act prohibits ppl from interefering with another person's culture and hence i beleive dialect is included

I may not be in the priveilage of learning english as a first language (in fact English is my fith language)...... but my Kyrgyzstanian dialect is quite good.
I know Russian, Kyrgyzstanian, Checyhn and Polynisian (is that a dialect)

The night before my english trial, a friend was asking whether or not I knew any places that had english essays, went to yahoo search, and typed in "practice hsc english essays" or something along those lines, and here I am today lolz
