i have done 'web accpetance',the final step asks me to pay tuition fees,

but when i open the online payment page, it shows me '0' in the fees field, how do i know how much i should pay for tuition fees?
how do i know how much should i write in that fees field?

it didnt give me any specific items that i should pay for my tuition fees?
