i don't know the proper way, but i will bring to your attention 2 ways:

1. number of mentions over 90.

2. percentage of mentions over 90 from the total number of courses taken

number 2 is a better indiction. number 1 means the huge schools will be ranked high, as they have more of a chance of getting more students over 90. number 2 is fairer.

I would have thought they would do it like, the percentage of no. of people getting over 90 in UAI

As a note, in English and Mathematics, comparisons are made by percentage of people with Band-6s based on the number of students who attempted a English or Maths subject, respectively.
