how do you upload for videos for EAPS (1 Viewer)

I was going to upload my online examination video; however, no matter how much I compressed, either the audio and quality of the video are bad as hell, or they don't allow anything that exceeds 5KB. I also cut my video short into only 1 piece, but it seems like it's not working as well.
