how does the ranking and marking work for EE2 ? (1 Viewer)

for 2 unit subjects the person who is ranked first in the internal result gets the mark of the person who gets 1st in the HSC exam from their grade.

what about EE2? is it the same? can someone ranked 8th, like me, beat the person who comes first, or is this now virtually impossible? is the system the same of the 2 unit courses?

The system is the same for all courses.

You could potentially beat the student who was ranked first internally if they perform exceptionally poorly with regard to their major work and you perform exceptionally well.

Well in that case im pretty much worried because for some reason my teacher put me ranked as 8th/12... In our first report everyone in the class was 1st (weird), then in the second i was 8th, and thats what she put to the Board. one of my friends was 1st for the first report, 1st for the second report, but then put 3rd to the Board. my other friend was put 1st for the first report, 5th for the second report and 1st to the Board.... WTF?
