If they ask me to "prove x^2 + 5x = 0" and I leave it in the form: "0 = 5x + x^2" could i lose marks, even though it is right?

Pfft no, that can be obtained by just changing the form.

If it's obvious that you have the right answer (as in your example), and the question hasn't specifically asked you to go further, you won't lose marks.

forget the question, Im just asking if the form is not exactly as they ask will it matter.

what abo the differentiations and intergrations and stuff?

i always simplify them fully but they never do in the answers...

if ive got the right answer, but simplified it fully, will i still get the marks?

If so most of the time they want it unsimplified they will say unsimplified

if the question does not say anything, both will be correct

however, i found leaving in exact form is much easier

no should be fine, unless the qu asks you/is testing you on sig figs/dec places
