da days i haf uni i sleep for 6 hours
from 3am to 9am

da days i dont haf uni i sleep for 10 hours
from 3am to 1pm

how about you guys?

depends really, sometimes im exhausted and go to bed heaps early (like 9pm) and then sleep through to 7-8am, other times i go to bed at about 12, and then get up about 8ish...
and sometimes ill have my nights sleep, then ill have a mid-afternoon kip from like 2-3 until 5-6
i seriously dont get the point in staying up til 3am...although i did quite a few 2am'ers in the holidays, doing bio notes and stuff...
but yeah, everyone functions differently i guess.

I go to sleep at around 11, 10:30 if I'm really dedicated and wake up at 6:30 each uni day. If it's a weekend I sleep till 9 or 10, depending on whether or not I've gotten 9 hours of sleep.

with uni i sleep at about 1-3am till two and a half hours before uni... so i usually get about 6 or 7...
week ends sleep at about 3 wake up when i feel like its time
