Weekdays- 6 on average
Weekends- like 10-11

However I had a nap in the middle of the day. So it doesn't really count.

i think you mean increased risks of heart problems/heart attacks and shortening your lifespan by a few years, if you keep up bad sleep for a while lol

Between 6.5-8hrs on a school night... about 8 on the weekends

In primary school everyone thought they were sick kents by sleeping late.
Nowadays I cherish my sleep, but haven't slept before 10 since year 6.

Normally I get around 6-7 hours of sleep but for assessments I usually sleep 8 hours.

Do people not get enough sleep cos of studying or traveling? If its cos of studying I can guarantee u don't need to sacrifice sleep lol...

Probably travelling and I'm a bit slower at doing things in the morning
