PS Calibri is a good font :D

exam booklets usually have spaced out lines, so you should fit about 250 words per page in an exam. 1 page typed size 11 calibri will be about 600 words. So you should have 2.5 pages hand written per page of typed text on average.

it is 980 words and takes up 1.5 pages typed.. so how much space would that take up if it were written.. is it like 3 pages?

It would be about that. Maybe a little more, depending on how closely you space your words.

Also writing size and spacing, I've seen people who fit 7-9 (average) words a line whilst others fit 13-15 (average) words in a line.
