Just wondering - for those of you who do strength training...

Bench press - bar must touch the chest
Squat - crease of the hips must be below knee
Deadlift - Must be from the floor to full lockout

Personally, at a BW a hair over 90kg:

Squat 155kg
Bench 112.5kg
Deadlift 180kg

I trained for Olympic Weight-lifting prior to my elbow injury. My powerlifts though, were:
Bench: 70kg x 1
Squat: 160kg x 1
Deadlift: 170kg x 1

B/W: 68kg

Never liked bench, so I rarely did it. Also has little carry-over to oly-lifting.
