The work load is crazy and not really worth the reward unless you do really well in it, your other subjects suffer because of it and if you're not really good at it odds are it won't even count if you're doing 12-13 units.

In her case it is probably going to drag all her subjects down.

i think i'll see how i go in my first assessment (handed in a few days ago).

if i massively bombed out, dropping.

same goes for chemistry. i got 9/15 (ew) for my first assessment, but if i fail my half yearly, i'll drop it.

extension english - the workload actually ISN'T crazy, it's just frickin' boring. i hate the subject itself.

dropped EE2 halfway through term 4 last year. i tried to drop EE1 then too but i was convinced to stick it out until the end of the year in case i would change my mind about the subject. i didn't. so i dropped it first day back and now i'm happy WOOOOO

Lol EE1 is my favourite class, and easily the smallest workload of all my subjects. I only have it 3 times a fortnight though. :(

Guess some schools think because it's extension you need loads more work...

I dropped EE2 like 2nd lesson: I sort of freaked out and was like "major work??? wtf was i thinking?" Sometimes I breifly regret it, but otehrwise I think it was a good choice.
