I drink sooooo much water! I go through about 1.5 lites at school alone on a cold day. I have my water bottle with me everywhere! I don't know why i'm just constantly thirsty haha!

Not very much, normally just a 750ml pump bottle of water. I normally work from about 6am until at least 3pm, and I generally don't have enough time to drink anything except when I am on my break.

I use water to drink. I drink more than 10 glass of water in a day. I also drink one cup of green tea daily. This is my daily routine of drinking liquid.

When I have nothing to do I drink tea!
It has a calming effect... So I drink a lot of water.

BUT my sister told me not to drink to much as you can "drown your body inside out"
