That's probably a couple hundred dollars down the drain asking pointless and stupid questions which any gronk with half a brain could fake. No wonder people think HR is a useless waste of time and money.

Edit: Couple hundred dollars for one applicant, overall testing isn't cheap (you have the tests themselves, the detailed candidate reports etc).
