how to contact an admin? (1 Viewer)

in the (closed) thread 'negative reputation', AsyLum was unable to answer a question of mine regarding admin use of negative reputation. he suggested that in order to have my question answered i should consult an admin. so i followed his advice and sent lazarus a private message detailing my question and why i was messaging him in order to have it answered

since my sending of this message lazarus has appeared online (see attached image: lazpro.JPG), but i have not received a reply. this is ok, i don't expect a response straight away. but it seems that he has not even read my message (see attached image: lazread.JPG)

so my question is this: if admin's do not read their private message, how do you contact an admin if you want a question answered?
