Hmm For your subjects .. uhh

(Assessments)

Standard - 80%+
General Maths - 85%+
Geography 75%+
Biology - 80%+
Business Studies - 80%+

By trials you should be hitting an extra 5% (if you can :p)

By HSC, after TONNES of prac papers, you'll be hitting 90s.

:D

NOTE: These aren't HSC marks, just what you should aim for in your assessments.

Don't worry if you bomb a few out..

the prob is i'm doing geo by distance education which actually makes it harder as i dont get the time to revise my work but i'm just completing through tonnes of booklets and submitting them in... :S

that reminds me, if u can help, should i study for geo from global interactions second edition or from the booklets i'm getting from distance ed?

My aim was 90+ and i reached it.(91.65)
English Adv 83
Maths Adv 91
Chem 86
Physics 84
Bio 82
Mind you i stuffed up in the actual exams so my marks did go down.
All you need to do is maintain your ranks and hammer the HSC.
Make that a must considering your subjects are relatively low scaling.

For 90 ATAR in these:

Standard english
General Maths
Geography
Biology
Business Studies

Now, if I assume your school sets your exams at around HSC difficulty, you should aim for...

English Standard - 85%
General Maths - 89%
Geography - 89%
Biology - 84%
Business Studies - 87%

So mid-80s.

Oh yes, almost forgot that. When I put marks, that's what you should be aiming for - however rank is very important. My "marks" are based on the assumption that the top gets 95%-ish and the average people get around 50-70%.

Aim for 100 percent.

Be disappointed every time you get less.

With that mindset you will be able to achieve much higher than 90 ATAR.

ok that is overdoing it... but seriously the higher you aim, the harder you will try and the better you will perform... do your very very very best :S

Turn off the computer. Leave it off. You don't need it if you really don't wanna use it. :)

No, you do not need the computer to do your maths homework. :p
