Okay Tell us how long it takes before they respond to you - maybe in future this could be the preferred option, if they don't knock it back.

Applied on January 6, the package arrived on Friday January 22 (but the postman didn't actually deliver it, and instead carded me). Picked it up from the post office today.

Last year I claimed my raw marks for a course I did in 2004...

You can get your marks at any time - the Board has records dating back a long, long, long time. Exam papers are generally destroyed within 6 months of marking, however.
