I’ve been shit at english through all of hs (mostly passing 50-60%) and I’ve never understood on how to get better at it. What are some ways you guys study for it?

Practice doesn't make perfect but it can certainly make you better

Besides what ace has said, if you want, you can read critical readings of your prescribed texts to gain a deeper understanding of the text and steal bits of analysis
