how to memorise the rubric for english (1 Viewer)

Hi can someone tell me an effective way to memorise the english advanced rubric
like do I just memorise the whole chunk (coz im gonna forget it) or do take into consideration the key points and all that

uhmm idk what im sayingg 😭 but i just feel like memorising the rubric wholely is just useless

idk someone help pls :))
any tips from class of 2024 who are gonna sit the hsc in a few days would be helpful too :))

You don't, that's just some stupid ass convoluted paragraph. Just remember some key words and techniques, for example: module a mentions allusion so you use allusion as a technique. It also mentions resonances and disonances so use that in your essay too.

There's no need to memorise it, just understand the key words and you'll be fine. Because it's not like we are gonna get tested on what the rubric says word to word but how you apply it to your writing.

Search art of smart or matrix and look at the rubric there, they’ve got the key words highlighted, try incorporate those in your essays don’t force them tho

Mate just remember those key words from the rubric.
For example for the texts and human experiences, remember these: Anomalies, paradoxes, inconsistencies, human behaviour, motivations, individual experiences, collective experiences.

Do the same for mod a, b, and c

I would strongly recommend putting them into your essays.

All good, I don't really know what I want to do, but I got an offer for law so Im taking it,
How did u go for yr 11
went alr in year 11. the prelim eng exam made me realise that i gotta lock in if I want that b6 next year so yeahh 😭

If you got Bs in most of your subjects you will most likely get early entry so don't fret.... I found out about this site like a day or 2 ago, and english is in 4 days....
